Youth today are navigating increasing emotional and mental health challenges, often without safe spaces to process, connect, or build the skills they need to cope.
Project STAY: Forward was created to provide intentional, supportive experiences where students feel seen, heard, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges—without judgment.
Project STAY: Forward is a 4-week, trauma-informed mental wellness experience for middle and high school students (ages 11–18).
Through interactive sessions, guided discussion, and reflective activities, students develop:
Emotional awareness
Healthy coping strategies
A stronger sense of identity and self-worth
Confidence in seeking support
Understanding emotions, safety, and personal awareness
Building resilience and learning to move through challenges
Strengthening identity, confidence, and self-worth
Setting boundaries and understanding healthy relationships
Duration: 4 Weeks
Session Length: 60–90 minutes
Group Size: 10–25 students
Format: In-person
